YUPI T-shirts report

I just want to say thank you so much to hbdcrKevin from YUI-lover. He did a whole plan about sending some YUPI t-shirts to Teo-chan so she could use them at ROCK IN JAPAN FES.09 But at the end, everything failed. The t-shirts arrived too late… well, not too late, just a couple of hours late wich makes me so mad!!!!
You can see the t-shirts Teo received in her blog.
Still, I’m very grateful about all the effort he did to make this. I’m not used to see people you barely know spending money and time on you. So I was pretty shocked when I knew what he was planning to do, and I’m very grateful. This gives me more motivation to continue with YUPI project ‘till the end!
Anyway, there is still hope I think. We can try to send some t-shirts directly to YUI fufufu.

I’m not planning to sell this t-shirts. I feel like doing it would be like trying to make money out of YUI, so I wont. Instead I’ll share the files so if you want to print some t-shirts for you, just do it!

Ok, first of all, i have to say it… may I? Yes, I’m saying it!!1
I totally hate que new YUI logo. As a graphic designer and as a YUI fan, I have reasons:

YUI is: humble, simple, honest, kind and all that we love about her.
YUI logo is: too agresive (both shape and color), complex (dificult to read), it comunicates “speed” and our beloved YUI said she wants to make things at her own pace from now on. In other words IT’S NOT YUI AT ALL.
Oh, and it reminds me Nike logo xP

El nuevo logo de YUI no me gusta para nada. no representa a YUI en ningun sentido.

On March 26th we celebrate YUI’s 22nd birthday. Yay!

I knew about YUI-san on August or so. So many things have happened since that time, i’ve met so many interesting people from all over the world!
Altough my life havent changed as much as I wanted, now I’m sure… I CAN CHANGE MY LIFE!
What can I say! I’m very thankful and happy.
